How to request a refund: Contact us at support@lumaeyepro.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Conditions:

• Item must be returned in original condition
• Original packaging preferred
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund processing: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@lumaeyepro.com and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
